Wastewater flocculation mixer for polymer and sludge conditioning. Flocculation mixers provide gentle, controlled agitation that allows small particles or sludge to form larger flocs. Too much shear breaks flocs apart, while too little mixing yields poor contact and weak structures. These mixers are used upstream of clarifiers, thickeners, or dewatering equipment. Speed and residence time are tuned to polymer type, solids concentration, and downstream equipment performance.
